Coordination with KSA Embassies in MENA for Level 3 support.• Managing MOFA IT Infrastructure to make sure that the systems are healthy and stable. • Monitor MOFA's Hardware, Systems, DB & Applications such as Windows Server, Active Directory, .Net, MS Exchange, Linux, and VMware. or Hyper-V, EMC Storages, SQL Server, Oracle DB, EBS, Web Center, Java & Apache• Manage Backups, Archiving & Storage Systems to make sure that the systems are working fine without any errors and failures. • Manage MOFA IT Infrastructure deploying the latest technologies in servers, storage, Backups and Databases Systems. • Make sure that the systems are up-to-date with latest patches and service packs. • Involve and finalize the technical design for solutions and successful implementation. • Perform capacity planning on regular basis to make sure that all the current and the future requirements are met and the systems are within the defined threshold boundaries. • Manage IT NOC related to IT Infrastructure and to make sure that all the services are monitored properly. • Configure the services as per MoFA requirements to monitor applications and end-user.• Provide performance & availability monitoring for Systems, Storage, Applications, and Databases & Network.• Proactively working on reducing Alert count by analyzing the Alarms periodically.• Debug performance management hardware and network issues, such as connectivity issues related to agents, console and end users.• Performance tuning and capacity planning in an enterprise data center environment.• Provide recommendations to improve monitoring environment, propose enhanced solutions to resolve issues, develop and maintain documentation, and implement industry best practices.
