Design new moulds,Components in Autocad. • Introduction of New suppliers and vendors for critical raw materials & Packages.• Analysing the material source and explore new vendors,modify the existing process and reducing manufacturing cost.• Plan and execute preventive maintenance of plant machinery,source for spare parts well in advance.• Planned and controlled production process and directed efforts of the workforce to maximize productivity.• Liaison work with State &Central Drugs Control department for the smooth operation of the unit and to get Manufacturing license,Free sale Certificate,GMP,Market Standing Certificate for participating in various tenders.• Establishing the operational procedures,IFU’s,Mode of actions of process and products required to contruct technical file.• Reporting to Managing Director.
