As a Chief Financial Officer, I was overall in-charge of complete finance, accounting, legal, commercial, compliance, tax and administrative functions. I was the Member of core management team, with vital contributions towards corporate governance, strategic/corporate planning and management. I essayed a key role in the implementation of SAP. I was responsible for preparing timely MIS and providing inputs to management for negotiations with clients, cost control & planning for mid course corrections and preparation of MIS for management.
