I have over 20 years of experience leading Data Center, Telecom and Storage ASIC and system hardware and firmware teams at eSilicon Corp and PMC-Sierra Inc in developing and delivering innovative silicon and adapter solutions for server and storage customers with end to end ownership of full product life cycle including requirement gathering, product definition, design & verification, program management, customer management and product strategy.Prior to that, as part of Lucent Technologies' Bell Labs Design Automation team I worked with key Fortune 500 customers to evangelize Formal Verification methodology and tool as a development and application engineer.
