In this live project, I was handling the role of Talent Acquisition. My responsibilities included sourcing and reviewing CVs in alignment with business needs and job descriptions. I learned how to navigate the Naukri portal effectively. Additionally, I conducted CV screenings and engaged in telephonic interviews to gauge whether candidates were a good fit for the job.

At Ogilvy, I took the lead in driving two impactful initiatives focused on enhancing team dynamics and fostering a positive work culture. Initially, I contributed to the development of talent retention strategies and revamped HR policies to align with industry best practices, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Collaborating on redesigning our onboarding and recruitment processes, we prioritized delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, I designed visually appealing email layouts to strengthen a sense of unity within the Ogilvy family. These initiatives collectively aimed at cultivating a positive and vibrant work atmosphere.
