Hi, I'm Srishti Jain. I am currently an Undergraduate Student at Shiv Nadar University and I am pursuing my B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering. My academic journey has been both challenging and rewarding. It has equipped me with a foundation in chemical engineering and a diverse skill set that I am eager to apply in practical settings.I can work effectively within diverse team environments to achieve common goals. I am highly proficient in english communications, highly adaptable, quick learner who looks forward to applying the gained knowledge as needed.My academic coursework has exposed me to various core aspects of Chemical Engineering including thermodynamics, product design, and reaction engineering. I am actively exploring a range of domains within the field. I have developed an interest in areas related to Process Safety, Environmental Sustainability, Energy Production, and Biomass.A notable highlight was my 2-month summer training at ONGC, where I gained knowledge about Hazard Identification, risk assessment and environmental regulatory compliance. This internship reinforced my passion for integrating sustainable solutions while ensuring safe industrial practices.In addition to my studies in Chemical Engineering, I have a strong interest in genetics. Exploring how genetic engineering can drive innovations in fields like bioengineering and pharmaceuticals excites me. This interdisciplinary interest allows me to see the broader aspect of chemical engineering through the lens of biology and I am eager to explore it further. As I continue my studies, I am excited about gaining hands-on experience and am open to collaborative projects where I can further explore my domains and meaningfully contribute.
