Experience on US recruitment life cycle. Responsibility include understanding Job description, resourcing, screening, qualifying and submitting resumes based on the client’s needs. Sourcing from different job boards like Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder and LinkedIn sourcing as well. Review and understand the technical/IT job description that is shared by our end client Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability) etc. Foster long-term relationship with candidates. Do proactive recruitment, pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites and add resumes to companies centralized database. Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.Meet all the quality parameters before submitting resume to the client portal. Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner Responsible for interview coordination and follow up calls with candidates. Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates pending interview feedback from client. Ensure appropriate paperwork is done for placements Comprehend about basic compliance parameter prior to submitting resume to the client.Active participation in technical training, employee engagement and self-development program.Exposure in working with Direct Client requirements and VMS Based clients. Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

The project was undertaken on account of creating a learning culture at Sheraton New Delhi hotel. The work assigned included all the procedures from creating a pool of candidates till the final attrition of the employees that is sourcing, screening, interview process, joining process and finally the attrition process. The other work that I have done is employee engagement, appraisal and attendance.
