Her work is animated by a profound commitment to gender equality and the protection of women and children’s rights, aiming to enact substantive, holistic change.Founder – Sky Social:Srishti founded Sky Social in 2019, a youth-led organization ardently advocating for Gender Equality and the rights of Women and Children. Under her leadership, Sky Social launches and operates initiatives designed to bring about sustainable change and empower individuals and communities.Educational Background:Srishti holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London, specializing in Gender and Migration Studies. Her academic journey has broadened her understanding and fueled her passion for addressing developmental concerns, with a particular focus on gender and migration.Professional Experience:Srishti has been associated with renowned organizations like UN Women and the Centre for Social Research in Delhi. During her tenure at the National Rural Livelihood Mission, she played a pivotal role in the social and economic empowerment of women through Self Help Groups (SHGs).She also gained valuable experience during her internship with the Safe Cities initiative under MPUIIP, where she was instrumental in the Uthan project, working towards creating safer, more inclusive urban spaces.Podcaster – The Impact Talks:Srishti is the voice behind 'The Impact Talks,' a podcast aimed at fostering dialogue on social change and impact.
