• Having 3+ years of exp in full life cycle recruitment. • Source, screen, and submit potential technical candidates for open positions. • Evaluating the candidates on various parameters like communication skill, personality and assessing the candidate by grading them. • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified technical candidates. • Using sourcing strategies like Referral generation, Direct Sourcing, Networking, Mass mailing. • Using various job boards ,social media like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other recruiting tools to identify and attract potential candidates • Articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocation, etc. • Follow-up with candidates for post-employment, reference checks, notice period, negotiations, etc till joining • Develop and maintain a proper database of the candidate's profiles and contact, while building and maintaining network of potential candidates.
