 Site management, coordination with consultant’s contractors  Planning and mobilization of team to execute the task as per the scheduled PPM and CM for the MEP equipment  Ensures the physical plant is operating in safe, efficient and orderly fashion by directing all phases of maintenance, repair and renovation. Maintains Daily Technical Round Reports for Critical Equipment such as Chillers, Generators, Pumps, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting HVAC, etc. Troubleshoot and rectify problems. Identify the root cause and arrange to raise scope of work if jobs have to be carried out by contractor, prepare site inspection report with recommendation  Provide and attend weekly toolbox meeting with sub-contractors. Supervise and manage contractors to deliver quality works, complying with QEHSS regulations. Assets inventory and management.
