My name is Srijan Tripathi, from New Delhi, India and I’m majoring in Business and Management. I am an enthusiastic, motivated, impactful student at the Kelley School Of Business, I aspire to have a lucrative future in the fields of Supply Chain and Management. Speaking of the qualities that I am most proud of is my determination to succeed, my vision to make a difference, my leadership and entrepreneurial skills, and the very nature of embracing new people as friends. I believe these qualities that I have help me bring out my personality amongst others and often stand out in the crowd. During my high school years, I was able to recognize my strengths and weaknesses and represented the school at several business competitions. I was offered the opportunity to serve as the VP of the school's Photography club and was a part of the school's editorial board. I also began to engage in school debates which got me actively involved in organizing business competitions and in school debates such as the Model United Nations. These opportunities helped me learn the ropes and opened my mind to a slew of concepts that are essential for effective leadership. Owing to my continued academic excellence, I also received an offer for the GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship, which helped boost my confidence, but I decided to continue my grade 11 and 12 studies at the prestigious Sanskriti School in Delhi. Today the curious me continues to invest in my professional development by leaning into the growth mindset, and I believe that integrity, thorough conceptual understanding, good communication skills, and empathy will help me find my feet in the modern world.
