Responsibilities: • Recruitment process - from sourcing till closure of requirement. • Coordinate interviews at all phases of recruitment process including setting up of Technical interviews for candidates in India and abroad. • Screening, short listing, conducting telephonic/personal interview and Scheduling. • Create/place advertisements - Job postings • Database Creation & Management - Candidature information • Experienced in recruiting professionals in the field of Construction /software /hardware/ networking/ Call Center Associates. • Handling a team of two Recruiters. • Co-ordination of clients and Candidates • Internal Recruitment • Interaction with people at various levels of management • Responsible for Contract resources in terms of contract extension, absorption and termination.
