• Having more than 4 years of experience as a program developer of various analytical applications using the market familiar analytical tools [PL/SQL, SAS Utilities]• Support customers or other external line units by providing them with retrieved data from the Pharma-covigilance database• Understand and translate data retrieval need into query request, create query criteria, retrieve data from the pharma-covigilance database and provide the results to staff or external line functions• Ensure that the retrievals meets the requirements and targets set down in the quality plan• Training meets 100 percent compliance• Support innovation and regular review of search strategies to increase productivity and quality• Adhere to the PVDM defined processes and guidelines• Ensure appropriate support during deviation management and CAPA’s investigations• Generate regulatory reports, standard reports, tabulations and retrievals in preparation for regulatory submission• Perform QC check on date retrieved, identify errors/in-consistencies in output and resolves them or initiates their resolutions• Train and mentor Pharmacovigilance Data Management personals as appropriate• To provide input and review database design, validation checks and necessary reports to ensure high quality and consistent data during retrievals• Identifies opportunities for improvement of business process and proposes and implement new solutions• To retrieve data and prepare outputs from the Pharmacovigilance database to support the analysis of drug safety related tasks• Identify process improvements and lead data management related activities. Send daily listings scheduled to be delivered at a specific time of the day without delay• Create custom scripts in SAS/SQL for automation of report generation• Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and quality in queries and reports transmitted• Timely and high quality completion of PVDM deliverable according to establishment objectives
