Current>System Health checks and system cleanup.>Handling user related issues like access issues, authority level issues and printer issues etc.>Perform necessary actions on application users jobs as per client request and as per situation alerts.>Providing and revoking authorities of users as per their roles and responsibilities.>ROBOT Scheduler- scheduling of Backup jobs, health check jobs and other reports generating jobs.>Restoration of data from Backup.> Handling Hardware and software alerts on all production and non production Lpars and take necessary actions according to alerts.>Following up with IBM for most of the hardware alerts.>IPL'ing of servers as and when required.>Monitoring and Handling Backup jobs through BRMS which includes Daily(Incremental and cumulative), and weekend Backup(Full Save)>>Performing pre and post IPL activities.>>processing Billing invoices.>>Managing system values such as ASP and CPU %.>>Performing Role swaps activities.>>Iseries Navigator Management (Extracting logs/spools/files/XML etc)
