Senior Software Engineer Team Lead
Current- Led the design, development, and maintenance of the complex web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and Node.js.- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve them.- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established coding standards.- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments, ensuring timely delivery of bug-free projects within budget and scope.- Foster collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and project managers.- Interact with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical recommendations, and address any concerns or queries.- After quality testing deployed the code to the server using GitHub Desktop- Inspire team members, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Create Cost Estimation Sheet, Project Document including used tools, feature list, project scopes, coding convention details, API details, Postman Collection, Database structure details, ERD etc.- Led a group of 5 developers team to complete a large microservice architectural project of SAMSUNG using Node.js, Vue.js, and Android App
