• 17 years of experience in product & software testing and currently handling the senior quality role• 12 years experience in managing software test process and test team• 12 years’ experience in functional automation using Selenium/Java• 12-year mobile app/wap testing experience using SOAPUI and DeviceAnyWhere• Responsibilities till date included - Independently driving Testing Tasks including Client Interaction, Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, and Task Allocation to team members and Defect Management• Hands-on experience in the creation of test strategy, test plans, test scenarios and conducting reviews• Ability to assure project/product quality, ability to work within tight deadlines, a self-motivator, team player• Conversant with Agile methodology of Software Development• Experience in functional, integration, regression and performance testing• Process standardization of various task associated with the project• Providing assistance in project Management – Building schedules, Effort estimation, Client interaction• Provide assistance to team members for project implementation – Implementation plan and Database design• Member of QA Leadership group – providing training and interview
