Part of the leadership team, I led the Supply Chain operations covering both offline and online channels, 800+ stores, and 45+ warehouses.Responsibilities and key highlights:• Spearheaded PAN India Supply Chain Function, including Logistics & Warehouse Management and Merchandising for Omni-Channel Business, consisting of 800+ stores, 45+ warehouses, and multiple channels• Launched Omni-channel fulfilment FED (Fastest Expert Delivery) proposition within 3 months on Snapdeal, Paytm, Zopper and other market places to collaborate & leverage large store network. This led to increase in Sales Volume by more than 20%.• Design and implemented the customer centric delivery process for one stop shop for accessories, sim change and digital payments at door step. Led the scale up of the Omni-channel operations covering 3000+ pin codes.• Managed team of more than 500+ including 12 direct reportees, 400+ on contract

Damco, part of Maersk, is a leading Freight Forwarder and Supply Chain Solutions company. Part of the strategic accounts team, I led the Supply Chain development team across multiple countries. And was responsible for identifying and implementing key strategic initiatives with customers in order to deliver value.Responsibilities and key highlights  • Slashed inbound logistics cost for a leading Middle East Retailer by 17% by implementing Direct to Market Strategy• Conceptualised Inbound Logistics Control Tower Solution for Indian Retail Organization thereby reducing their variability and lead time.• Network optimization for Adama India and reduced the number of warehouses across India.

As Supply Chain Head, was part of the leadership team and drive the implementation of growth strategies. Have successfully led the setting up of Supply Chain network, establishing e-commerce supply chain from scratch and managed the large distributed team.Responsibilities and key highlights: • Led the scaling up of Logistics operations into more than 85+ cities with 65+ warehouses, more than 400+ manpower across different regions and more than 1500+ stores• Defined and ensured adherence to the service levels to be followed across the supply chain• Manage the logistics budget of more than INR 15 Crores Annually. • Reduced the logistics cost by 6.5% by negotiating new contracts with transporters, and right-sizing of warehouses.• Set up the E-commerce operations from scratch, including setting up of process, systems, 3PL, and new fulfilment centres.

Aqua MCG was established by IIT & IIM alumni and was a boutique supply chain consulting firm, focusing on logistics and procurement. I managed a large Power Cable Manufacturer account. Responsible for reducing the logistics cost for finished goods movements (domestic and export). The annual logistics cost was around INR 700 CroresResponsibilities and key highlights:  • Responsible for Account Management, Project Management, weekly progress review, part of Steering Committee and managing multiple Senior Leaders of the customer• Conducted current state mapping and gathered & Analyse the data for volume and cost• Identified new Logistics Service Providers and conducted the technical and financial capability assessment• Conducted the reverse auction for each lane to select the cost effective LSP• Overall reduced the logistics cost by 7% on 65% of the identified lanes (covering 85% of the cost).
