Product Marketing - Spearheading Global Marketing Efforts For The Medspas
CurrentI lead product marketing for Zenoti's Medspa vertical, overseeing the positioning and promotion of Zenoti's core and add-on products to Medspa businesses. My role involves driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all release cycles, including new features and add-on products. A recent highlight includes launching a GTM strategy for one of Zenoti's most innovative products, the Photo Manager. For this product, I conducted initial competitor research, developed the self-serve journey for new customer acquisition via Zenoti Marketplace, worked on the pricing strategy for product placement on the Marketplace, crafted positioning and messaging, and executed the entire GTM strategy. Within 6 to 7 months of its launch, Photo Manager has gone from product-market fit to being a significant revenue generator for Zenoti.
