▪️ Designed and Developed a HVDC to LVDC Battery charging Buck converter (330 DC to 24/36/48 VDC) called "Quark" with auto-cutoff, overcharge protection, undercharge indication and USB battery charging slot.▪️ Formulated and Incorporated Data acquisition tools implemented using AVR microcontroller combined with Raspberry Pi and Python with IOT capabilities for monitoring solar generational output, utility consumption and battery status using the "Wenergie" App.▪️ Redesigned the Company's existing product "Nucleus" a smart Micro-grid controller to facilitate off grid solar generation for a Grid-Tied Solar Inverter in Islanded mode.▪️ Created and simulated proportional integral controller to implement Frequency-watt based droop control in Grid tied Inverters using Matlab Simulink as part of the research and development project for "Nucleus 2.0".▪️ Managed and achieved installation of the prototype version of Nucleus in 12 households with rooftop solar generational units in Bengaluru, India.▪️ Created and Installed "Quark Lite" a miniaturised version of "Quark", for low utility demand (40V 100 W panel and 14V 20aH Li ion battery)as part of a clean energy initiative with Saahas ( a non profit organization in Waste management) for their waste collection and recycling centres called "Kaasa Kiosks".▪️ Partnered with Dr Sri Revathi B (Associate Professor SELECT, VIT Chennai) and conducted a series of lectures and mentored students on Solar Rooftop installations at VIT Chennai.
