Santi Srivicharnkul is currently the CEO of C.I.T. Corporation Limited, a $40 million trading firm based out of Bangkok. He oversees all the P&L activities and provides directions for creating the long-term market value of the company.Mr. Srivicharnkul joined the company in 2013 when he led major strategic and organizational changes that resulted in transforming this 60-year-old family business, both fundamentally and digitally. It’s preparing to go public by 2028Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Srivicharnkul was a director at J.D. Power, a specialist automotive advisory firm in Singapore, responsible for growing consulting services across Asia. A veteran in the automotive industry he previously worked for major auto companies in Japan and Thailand in several strategic areas such as manufacturing, sales planning, business development, product strategy, and dealership management.Mr. Srivicharnkul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tokyo (4.0/4.0), where he received a full scholarship, and in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was the first Thai to be admitted as an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow.He has always been fascinated by how people think and work as a group, and how an organization can create value for business and society. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, running a marathon, and doing community services. Fluent in Thai, English, Japanese, and trying to speak Chinese.
