I have experience in both corporate as well as in NGO sector for more than 2 decades. During this tenure, I have brought long lasting bonding between the donors and their sponsored children. Database maintenance , Generating reports from Salesforce and managing large datasets using advanced excel functions such as If, countifs, Xlookup, Vlookup, Unique, Pivot tables and create dashboards for donor management and retention are my primary responsibilities which I have been doing it smoothly and efficiently.Over the years, I have established daily operational bases for projects/programs and provide the direction to insure the progress and deadline were met. I had also had an opportunity to present about the documentation experiences on participatory impact monitoring analysis in the symposium held in Germany and had been as a Resource Person to train other NGO executives.

  • Leading, training, and coordinating with 4 local partners organisations and 13 direct implementation team members for smooth sponsor/donor relations activities• Managing and maintenance of children’s databases in Salesforce and google drive, generating reports from Salesforce and managing large datasets using advanced excel functions such as If, countifs, Xlookup, Vlookup, Unique, Pivot tables and create dashboards• Analysing sponsorship information available through existing databases and systems and interpret trends and observations for management action• Ensure that the sponsors / donors are acknowledged for their donations and communications are sent to the sponsors / donors within timelines.• Handling donor enquiries, donor visits and facilitating video calls between the children and the donors• Piloting new communications models for better donor / sponsors engagement and retention.• Facilitate sponsor / donor and other visits to project locations including preparation of itinerary, arrangement of logistics, supervision and visit reporting• Generating sponsor awareness amongst communities to improve child-sponsor relations.• Ensure timely submission of project description form, case studies, community newsletters to the country office and sponsors / donors• Support the programs on future programmatic interventions and implementation of program activities in the 4 local partners and 13 direct implementation locations• Participate and contribute to the local partner and direct implementation field team’s proposal development and review process• Ensure consistent and correct application of procurement practices by being a member of the Purchase committee
