Analysis of multistate models by solving differential equations under the Bayesian paradigm with Dr. Ulrich Beyer, Roche. Performed survival analysis of three and four state processes under the Bayesian framework by solving a system of differential equations under the effect of treatment covariates as non-parametric, semi-parametric and parametric models using Stan and R softwares. Implementation of Bayesian Models using Stan instead of NIMBLE/JAGS packages in R reduced computational times by 70% (~2 days to ~7 hours).

In this project, as a team of three, we provided statistical consulting to the Regional Employment Centre, Zurich. Developed a forecasting tool in Shiny App to generate predictions of performance metrics in the future. The core program in R, compared 6 different time series analysis techniques and chose the optimal one by cross validation.

- Co-authored a paper on "Monitoring/Evaluation in Nutritional Therapy for People with Gastrointestinal Complaints: Online Survey with Dietitians", currently under review with ‘Aktuelle Ernährungsmedizin’. - Handled Statistical analysis using R, for a Master's thesis research (Assessing the importance of monitoring and evaluation of gastrointestinal symptoms) in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bern University of Applied Sciences - Did end to end handling of analysis including data cleaning of raw unstructured data from a questionnaire to generating frequencies, quartiles, p-values, odds ratio and other interpretable quantitative measurements - Created over 30 visually impactful plots in ggplot and performed non parametric tests like Wilcoxon rank -sum and Mann-Whitney U tests for significance testing.
