With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees two successful enterprises: SVAAS INFRAMAX SOLUTIONS OPC PVT LTD and HI-TECH ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS (INDIA). I have a strong background in civil engineering, RCC detailing, reinforcement couplers, project management, and construction management software.As a Director at SVAAS INFRAMAX SOLUTIONS, I manage the construction of villas, low and mid-rise structures, and all kinds of civil works in Infrastructure Industry, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. As a Managing Director at HI-TECH ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS (INDIA), I manufacture and provide reinforcement couplers & Many Hi End Customised Products that comply with international standards, and offer RCC detailing outsourcing and technical sales services to clients across India and the Gulf region. I have handled several complex structures and projects in my career, and I am proud of my team of intellectual and dedicated engineers who share my vision and values.I am also a recognized and awarded women entrepreneur who mentors and empowers other women startups in the construction industry. I have been honored with the Fastest Emerging Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Most Admirable Engineering Solutions Provider Award, and I have been invited as a TEDx speaker to share my insights and experiences. I am deeply committed to the development and welfare of women and students in the field, and I regularly conduct training sessions on occupational safety and health at construction sites.Besides my professional endeavors, I have a keen interest in blogging, writing, anchoring, and food innovation. I have pursued life purpose coaching sessions and obtained certification, and I am currently introducing healthy millet products to the community.
