- Establish/own the vision for a Product Roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, business managers, sales and customers to gather features , scoping them across program increments for infotainment in connected cars(Radio Station id, Music recognition). - Translate roadmap epics into well-defined features, prioritize the product backlog for delivery of new features, enhancements to existing features for the Gracenote’s client SDK(libraries in ~20 platforms) and Radio API.- Lead /direct the team (with 9 engineers) as a lead product owner planning and executing delivery of projects and features planned during PI Planning with collaboration across multiple teams on a continuous basis.- Define, drive and execute on a roadmap and vision of radio station product by converting abstract ideas into actionable steps and realistic deliverables for internal development.- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product.- Own the definition of Minimum Viable Product (MVP).- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities (vendor interactions). Established SOP to receive data within 24 hours of change to radio stations across the world.- Partnered along with two auto customers on testing initiatives and experienced the product first hand. This was followed with algorithmic improvements that resulted in discovering 20% more radio stations in almost every country.- Consistently delivered >95% of committed objectives at every program increment for 4+ years.- Author/Creator of Audio Engineering monthly newsletter that is the one of its kind in all of Gracenote.

- Behavior driven Development & Test driven development using Cucumber, ruby, C for Audio Content Recognition, Video content recognition Systems and other Media Meta Data Systems.- Continuous Integration using Jenkins and Perforce which improved the quality assurance cycle from 4 weeks to 3 days.- Testing REST APIs for XML and JSON rendering using Cucumber & Ruby.- Performance measurement and KPI metrics collection to measure the e ectiveness of algorithms. Set up the music identification monitoring system that monitors more than 150 radio stations across the world 24/7 and compute KPI metrics visualized in Kibana.- Set up QA and Automation strategy for Gracenote's Client SDKs in about ~10 platforms (Linux, Mac, Windows) with C libraries.

Project : Hyundai VI/BH-Automation of smoke test. Developed a standardized testing methodology for every release of the product which is automated completely.-The system is based up on reacting to user events. Analyzed every possible valid user events. Interfaces for user events were designed, coded, performed unit, integration and regression testing and flashed on the hardware.-Reverse engineered one of the most important module called “Engineering mode“. Performed a detailed documentation from defining the purpose of the module to detailed design. Project : WMAPRO-10 firmware development on QDSP5 -Intensive MIPS optimized coding of 48 functions in assembly language.-Performed Unit tests and integrated tests for all the functions and trees developed. Tcl scripts were written for testing. Using Beyond compare, the values were checked and the errors were rectified.-Integration of the assembly functions on to the audio framework -Integration testing for the entire code base. Bugs have been fixed timely and regression tests have been performed until the acceptance phase.
