DataHub is a unique challenge within Premera with a good mix of both business and technical challenges. Responsible for End2End delivery from source system to consumers. Lead a team of 4 developers to deliver an automated validation process, which was manual and multiple members of the team use to login at 10 PM EST and use to work for 40 minutes to 1 hour to update all the models.

Lead two projects in Farmers, one, releasing a new index product (Farmers Index Universal Life), second one revamping Agent Portal with new Salesforce implemented solution for Farmers Agents. Farmers systems were more than 4 decades old and they have been trying to rewrite Agent Portal with newer technology. I joined the team, got with best of technical and process knowledge to quickly defining the strategy for Agent Portal agile project. Working with Sr. leadership to implement quality assurance processes. At the same time putting the automation framework for Data Warehouse. Doing proof of concepts first and doing what if analysis of different frameworks. Defining the automation solution with Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect.
