- Designed and delivered over 15 complex enterprise features, beginning to end from solution to client implementation. Major tools used in designing were: Sketch, Adobe XD, and Axure.- Gathering and translating business requirements into wireframe designs to optimize user experience within the TD Mobile app and EasyWeb.- Develop interactive prototypes using InVision and Principle for Mac to test with potential users in usability testing and to demonstrate concepts to business owners/product owners. - All designs are created with accessibility in mind, where the designs are AODA compliant (Level AA)- Innovated new standards for pullover screens, filters, currency converter, and error scenarios to reuse these interactions throughout the TD Mobile App for consistency. - Expedite discussions, design thinking, and feedback sessions with the design team, technical teams, clients, and the project stakeholders. - Support the front-end developers, back end developers, QA, and BAs/BSAs through JIRA and Confluence to monitor and report any bugs/defects that may affect the user experience.- Strong efficiency in using design tools such as: Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure RP, InVision, and Principle for Mac.Main accomplishments at TD:- Received the Act for Impact award four times for demonstrating TD’s shared commitments in my work.- Prototypes created for usability testing: TD for Me (GO Train Alerts), Recurring Payments, Mobile Mortgage Specialist, Product Pages, and E2E (Cannot disclose the name due to confidentiality).- Projects released at TD: Bill Payments experience MVP1 (Recurring bill payments), Bill Payments experience MVP2 (Payment Activity – Upcoming and History for payments), Card Controls, Order Foreign Currency, Mobile Mortgage Specialist, Loyalty Rewards (Pay with Rewards), Retail Mutual Funds, Add an Authorized User, Digital ID, Add an Account MVP1 – MVP4, Credit Limit Increase, Request a Damage Card, and Book an Appointment.
