The nature of our work in InsightPact was a very high-stress, complex environment, because we were working with clients to address wicked problems and social issues. On the other hand, Wan could also be counted on to challenge ideas and question the norm, when it came to innovating in the work that we were doing. She was open to sharing her point of view - and then to have a deeper conversation with other people who disagreed with her. She believed there was always a better way to do things - and was not afraid to fight for it when the opportunity was right. These - and more - are why I recommend Wan.
