The quote above is a lesson that keeps repeating itself among any successful organizational culture. The central core value being respect for people while being honest about the problems we face in order to sustain/develop a competitive advantage. My background from military aviation and moving forward has taught me a diverse range of life-skills from being adaptable to change to being interpersonal when listening to other’s viewpoints and perspectives, along with evidenced based decision making.No organization can survive with just good people.
