Dr. Sean McCarron is the Director of Curriculum and School Business Administrator within Runnemede School District in Runnemede, NJ. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Masters Degree in Curriculum, Masters Degree in School Administration, and Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership. With 20 years of experience in public education, he has experience as a teacher, school administrator, and central office administrator. As an adjunct faculty member for over a decade at Rowan University, Dr. McCarron has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate level within the College of Education. Working with pre-service teachers and administrators, Dr. McCarron has been able to remain current with trends in education while sharing his experiences and coaching students into roles within the profession.As an educational leader within the Runnemede School District, Sean has grown the most as an administrator through the relationships he has fostered with ALL stakeholders within the school community. His passion for coaching and supporting others stems from these interactions and the growth he has witnessed as a result. His innate understanding of how others receive and process information, allows him to support them to identify a focus and develop a clear plan. In addition to his work with the Runnemede School District, Dr, McCarron has also spent the past five years as a consultant to other school districts in the areas of curriculum and instruction, as well as business administration.
