Worked closely with seasoned leadership coach Carol Murray to create and maintain an online presence through social media. In charge of analyzing and condensing cutting edge leadership research for public speeches and workshops. Writer and editor for “Carol’s Comments” newsletter, a weekly meditation on best leadership practices, requiring me to internalize and communicate important leadership lessons and habits.

In charge of Theater Lab’s $18,000 assets and other company resources, reimbursement processes, and budget creation. Secured $11,000 in funding and reworked Theater Lab’s money management process. Acted as mentor and aid for incoming Theater Lab executive directors.

Involved with the Mobile Unit and Public Forum to bring the benefits of art and discourse to underserved communities. With the Mobile Unit, helped organize and manage Shakespearean productions in prisons and low-income neighborhoods. For Public Forum, met with thinkers, leaders and change-makers (such as founders of the Women’s March) to create free public conversations around important social issues. Also responsible for content creation for The Public’s Digiturgy blog and managing content for future Public Forums.

Highest leadership position in one of Stanford’s largest student theater groups. Expanded season production number from 3 to 5 shows, managed budget, responsible for executive decision making, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in successful productions, and managing the Theater Lab Ensemble.

Head administrator/manager, in charge of overseeing the production of the summer’s professional theater festival (including two plays, organizing a film series and symposium), the primary film series organizer, calling press, designing schedules, selling/ marketing tickets & organizing public events.
