Managed faculty recruitment and promotion, and oversaw budget allocation, control, and preparation. Also maintained departmental and college websites, and processed scholarship applications.

Finland

Participated in four advanced Cybersecurity research integrated projects of National Science Council (NSC) at Taiwan Information Security Center. My duties included organizing expense reports, translating academic texts, managing academia-industry collaboration documents, monitoring and maintaining budgets and grants development, arranging teams meetings and other research projects related administrative affairs.

Participated in two Ministry of Education (MOE) projects focused on developing anti-drug materials for elementary (5th-6th grade), middle (7th-9th grade), and high school (10th-12th grade) students. My responsibilities included editing teaching materials, writing project proposals and reports, and organizing training and accreditation workshops for nationwide teachers, instructors, and volunteers. Also monitored and maintained budgets and grants, organized expense reports, and managed other administrative tasks.

Participated in several Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) research projects. My responsibilities included conducting surveys, data processing and basic analysis, graphing data for academic papers and reports, translating academic texts, editing lesson manuals and questionnaires, holding workshops and symposiums, assisting in organizing ASET annual international conferences, monitoring and maintaining budgets and grants, organizing expense reports and other administrative affairs.
