CurrentAs the leader of Electrolux IT Europe's Marketing Technology Solutions team, I bear the overall responsibility for defining and implementing the strategic agenda for marketing technology products across diverse areas, including eCommerce, consumer touchpoints, product information, personalization, digitalization, and analytics.My primary duties encompass serving as a visionary and strategist for digital solutions and technology domains, ensuring their alignment with Electrolux's architecture, and upholding architecture design excellence within the overall Marketing Technology stack. Additionally, I conduct research to identify and recommend new Marketing Technology products that harmonize with the platform ecosystem and business engagement requirements. I govern Marketing Technology principles and guidelines, disseminating them within both the IT and business communities.I guarantee architecture coherence between the Marketing Technology portfolio and the envisioned future state. I conduct technical reviews of owned Marketing Technology products, overseeing their modernization and rationalization. This involves identifying and retiring outdated or unused products, optimizing the utilization of existing assets, and maximizing return on investment by leveraging common solutions and services. Collaborating with internal development teams and third-party service providers, I contribute to solution architecture design, ensure operational excellence of the Marketing Technology stack, and serve as the products administrator.I actively support the IT Purchasing Office in negotiating business terms with vendors, ensuring data privacy and compliance within the Marketing Technology landscape. I conduct security and vulnerability reviews, driving necessary remediation efforts. Lastly, I provide training and support to marketing staff in utilizing Marketing Technology products.
