I have lived all over the East Valley of Arizona until I moved to Casa Grande, AZ in 2003. I love Arizona and although I have experience in many Arizona cities, I believe it is a disservice to represent anyone outside of the area in which I currently live and experience daily. With my background in the real estate industry in fields such as appraisal, mortgages and new home construction, I felt I had a solid foundation to become a confident Realtor in 2005. Specializing as a Buyer's Agent for 10 years gave me the focus I needed to anticipate buyers' needs. I've been equipped to diligently fight for buyer's interests and rights when necessary as well. I have used this expertise to help my clients interview realtors in other areas statewide and nationwide when they move away as well. Since 2014, I've also been using my buyer's expertise to help sellers list and sell their homes. Many of my sellers say my specialization with buyers has given them the edge. I've been told I ask more questions to get a thorough listing so buyers themselves have less questions from the start. Often times, sellers move outside of my area so, I use all of the above knowledge and I search and interview other realtors to help find the right fit for the next real estate transaction.
