The Housing Management Analyst will coordinate and oversee various programs, projects and contracts that pertain to individuals/families that are at risk or experiencing homelessness. Some of the existing programs are: Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP); Emergency Monetary Assistance (EMA); Family Reunification, referrals/placements into drug treatment centers and shelters. The position will work with faith-based and community organizations to map locations offering access to basic needs such as food and hygiene and will help identify areas of unmet need. Will collaborate with Police staff assigned to the Homeless Outreach Team and with Social Workers assisting program participants in securing permanent housing for the homeless. Responsible for designing and maintaining a database tracking service received and progress made. Will prepare monthly and quarterly reports to meet grant and funding requirements.

Under the direction of the VP of Business Development, I oversee the planning and implementation of approved projects that support strategic organizational goals. I track progress, identify and mitigate challenges, and engage all stakeholders appropriately. I ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements. A significant part of my job, I work to gather and analyze external and internal data, information, and research necessary to develop appropriate plans and projects. Also, this person will facilitate post-implementation reviews to ensure lessons learned are carried forward, and project plan templates are established when necessary.
