CurrentPetRelocation is a domestic and international pet transport company that provides door-to-door services toover 100 destinations across the globe including exotic transports. It has successfully relocated over 30,000pets since 2004 and employs 38 people.• Responsible for mission-critical program management, business development,sales, and stakeholder engagement across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, while providing leadershipto 6 team members.• Led project management, strategic planning, coordination, execution and oversight for pet relocationsefforts across over 300 country-to-country and U.S. imports moves, generating $1.4M in annual revenues.• In partnership with the Global Director, lead daily training and development for 7 team members,ensuring team technical expertise, best practices and compliance across organizational, federal andinternational regulations.• Lead risk management, analysis, and comprehensive contingency planning to provide real-time response,support, and solutions, mitigated travel delays and impact on clients in highly dynamic and ever-changingenvironment.
