Sam Rose has industry-wide experience in project / program management, business analysis, system implementations, technical design, and process improvement initiatives. He has extensive experience working directly with clients to review existing business processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting business requirements and translating those to functional and technical design documents. His development and project management experience allows him to fulfill multiple roles on technical projects, including SharePoint implementations, database design, and custom applications development and support utilizing both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. His experience includes a background in application development and production support across multiple industries and technical platforms.Sam is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Agile ScrumMaster (SCM) and holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
