Subject Matter Expect (SME) for TEB for IRS Task Order worth $48M. Worked with Treasury Security and vendor to developed new Tape Storage award that resolved a two year classified storage issue resulting in a savings of $67k a year. Technical knowledge and attention to detail were key in the successful outcome from protest saving Treasury from re-competing award and the loss of millions in fees. Efforts in onboarding procedures with security for contract employees resulted in the development of new processes now used Treasury wide.
Telecommunications Specialist
Responsible for daily surveillance and management of contract valued at ~$20 million supporting operations and maintenance of Air Force Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) system services in England, Germany, Italy and Turkey. Provided technical guidance on contractor performance by observing and evaluating contractor personnel for technical proficiency and familiarity with required operations, quality control and security policy procedures, to include management to certify that communications-computer services provided met contract requirements.Achievements: Coordinated and chaired QASP working group and developed a comprehensive benchmark QASP for all USAFE/A6 theater wide contracts. Highlights of the QASP included imbedded checklists, surveillance worksheets, and reference materials. Developed new inventory database with eyes on for $27M in communications equipment across England, Germany, Italy and Turkey, with 100% accountability, resolved two year discrepancy in missing assets.
