Responsible for end to end aftersales business operation of Suzuki Vehicles in Nepal with following KRA’s:• Achieve Aftersales Business Target as per Business Plan in all Authorized Service Center of Maruti Suzuki.• Increase stakeholder’s profitability and return on Investment.• Responsible for Service Marketing to increase customer engagement and Vehcile flow in all Authorized Service Centers of Suzuki in Nepal.• Increase Customer Satisfaction (CSI) for Suzuki Customers in Nepal.• Achieve Lost Customer Target as per Business Plan.• Achieve Suzuki customer service retention above 80% in Nepal.• Maintain Suzuki Service Quality Standard more than 80% in all Suzuki Dealers in Nepal.

With following KRA.• Plan Monthly/Yearly Training Batches and Budget associated with the training. • Monitor Employee skill matrix and update to Higher Management.• Conduct Training Need Assessment.• Training content development.• Co-ordinate with Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Suzuki Motor Corporation for all new model trainings.• Plan and Conduct regular skill contest for all Suzuki Manpower in Nepal.• Collaborate with training vendors to conduct different In-House training programs.
