Working within Listed Derivatives, developed, refined and executed many parts of a multi-year global technology strategy to rebuild end to end processing for middle and back office.This strategy transformed operational capabilities and created a comprehensive new suite of highly compelling digital services for clients of the firm.Responsible for an engineering team of 100+ in 6 locations and annual project budget in excess of $50 million.

I became technical and project lead for the Fixed Income Trade Capture team, bringing people together to combine multiple bond booking systems into one single unified global platform.I also had opportunity to design and code an infrastructure connecting real-time bond price computation with a desktop browser. This became a key component for the development of electronic market making of bonds.

Working on a team of 400 award winning engineers designing a mainframe central processor, I got to learn and apply my passion for engineering through both software and integrated circuit design.
