Establishing budgets, timelines, milestones, managing resources, coordinating dependent teams and providing cost estimates to stakeholders.• Environmental Readiness - confirm correct setup with infrastructure, integrations, code & db syncs and migrations. • Scripting - coordinate with scripting teams. Validated scripts to ensure all requirements were captured and scripting standards followed.• Execution - worked closely with multiple teams, third party vendors to coordinate test window. Used LRE to create scenarios - test duration, virtual users to achieve target volume, etc. Validate all required tests have been completed – load & longevity, ramp up, stress, regression etc.• Monitoring and Control - review progress and keep the project on track. Key elements monitored time, cost, scope, quality, risks & human resources. Provide project progress communication to all the stakeholders on a daily basis.• Report Publishing and Approvals – publish detailed results with all metrics -% disk/CPU utilization, throughput, response times, errors, comparisons, dynatrace reports etc. Scheduled results review meetings with stakeholders, online performance engineering and obtain approvals.• Documentation and Closure - final phase of the project life cycle. Conduct retro with teams for lessons learned and CI.• Conduct daily scrum calls along and defect triage meetings.

• Team Lead for the new HAWC (High Availability Web Center) infra environment setup and delivery.• Responsible for analyzing business requirements, preparing RTM documents, design test plans and objectives to support implementation.• SME for critical application readiness, F5health checks and esb ping connectivity capability for Environments, IT1, ST2, ST4, AT-A, AT-B, DR, CHA-A, CHA-B & ProdFix.• Authorized to attend architectural review, application design, service flow meetings to identify the upstream/downstream service components for connectivity and solutions.• Prepared test data document for the team's test execution needs.• Facilitated daily team and defect triage calls.
