- Development of QuintoCred (QuintoAndar Fintech Brand) brand fundamentals alongside marketing, product and business stakeholders, successfully launching it on April 2023. - Development of go-to-market plan and strategy for QuintoCred Product and Platform, including the development of Product Marketing fundamentals (positioning, value prop and brand and product messaging)- Alongside CMI team, run in-depth customer research and analysis to develop segmentation while validating messaging set.- Keep track of budget and OKRs alongside FP&A, Controllership and Business teams.

Launch team of QuintoAndar global brand in the Mexican market.- Brand launch and communications strategy development alongside branding, creative, PR and product teams.- Production coordination for brand assets development alongside international partners- Coordinate the development of the value proposition for supply, demand and partners alongside Business, Legal, Product and PR teams.- Offline Launch Campaign and Brand Performance strategy, execution and results assessment.- Development of SEO initiatives- Coordination of the whole marketing operation with companywide stakeholders across LATAM.

- Campaign development and Media buy execution alongside external media agency.- Creative and Media Agency management.- Rebranding film manifest and product images production coordination with internal and external stakeholders- Orchestrate creative delivery with key stakeholders including agency and in house creative team - Project management of brand activations, events and other experiential deliverables- Plan and organize the execution marketing campaigns with Growth Intelligence, Costumer Insights, Branding, Operations, CX, Legal, Finance and external stakeholders.- Development and consolidation of results and data analysis rituals with the leadership and Data teams.- Budget management and compliance of brand investment- Relationship with PROMAC and São Paulo city hall for tax incentivized projects - Development of new ToF acquisition channel for demand with strategy development and initiative roll out from MVP to full scale countrywide operation alongside operations, planning, legal, growth and strategy teams.- Development of the events, sponsorships and experiential platforms for QuintoAndar brand.
