Due to his programming background he has a strong technical background that compliments his design talents. He took design ownership of multiple systems within owner mode (financial system, relocation, team value, etc) as well as helping to implement them himself. Scott is quick to learn how to use technical tools as well as being a strong scripter. He is always willing to fight for the designs he wants to make the game the best it can be.
