Infrastructure, Energy and Development Projects As an associate at the Islamabad office of Orr, Dignam & Co., a leading 'Tier 1' (Chambers and Partners) law firm, I worked primarily on matters relating to Oil and Gas, all aspects of Competition law, Corporate and Commercial, Labour and Employment law.In addition to drafting multiple opinions pertaining to the legal regime in Pakistan on the aforesaid sectors, I also assisted the Partners and Senior Associates with the preparation and negotiation of various agreements in relation to trans-national pipeline projects involving multiple countries. In terms of competition law experience, I was involved with advising international clients on pre-merger clearances / exemption applications in relation to the transaction documents with regard to multi-billion-dollar acquisitions. Moreover, I regularly worked with private clients on various corporate matters which, amongst others, include, all aspects relating to incorporation of a company, company management, preparation and filing of statutory documents. I have also drafted various agreements for private clients which include joint venture agreements, referral agreements, shareholders’ agreement, creative agency and digital agency agreements.
