As CEO of The Texas Tribune, I am leading one of the nation’s most respected nonprofit news organizations into its next chapter, focusing on growth, innovation, and community engagement.Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled initiatives that merge policy, technology, and social impact to address complex challenges. I founded and led The Asian American Foundation (TAAF), advancing opportunities and equity for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. At Georgetown University, I established the Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation, where I developed solutions at the nexus of technology and public good.In government, I directed the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation under President Obama, where I fostered partnerships to tackle national challenges.
