As a Software Engineering Manager I am responsible for developing and executing a software release process that is reliable, repeatable, defensible, simple, and strong. I work with engineering teams, product owners, clients, QC/QA, and production support to ensure that BillGO software releases are on schedule and of the highest possible quality.

BillGO’s award-winning real-time bill management & payments platform facilitates financial well-being by providing an easier way to manage and pay bills.As Software Engineering Manager, I lead a team of 8 BillGO employees and 4 contractors creating a commercial software product for the consumer banking industry. My responsibilities include planning and coordinating work, approving software releases, setting priorities and resolving issues. I also act as the scrum master for the team, planning sprints, conducting daily standup meetings, retrospectives, and demos. The major technology components include Java-based REST web services, GitHub and GitHub Actions, and AWS cloud environment.

I lead the IT Applications team at Otter Products, which is responsible for the care and feeding of several enterprise-critical software applications. These include our M3 ERP application, Sugar CRM system, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) e-commerce system, Salesforce "Classic" CRM application, Salesforce "Cloud Craze" B2B application, Oracle Agile PLM/PIM system, and our Office 365, Service Now and Sharepoint collaboration and communication systems. My team handles development, administation, and maintenance for these applications.

I lead and support the application development team at Otter Products. My team supports our ERP application, eCommerce platform, and CRM installation. Otter Products is proud to run Infor M3 version 13.4, Sales Force Commerce Cloud (Demandware version), and Sugar CRM. I also serve Otter Products as the Application Owner for M3, which entails managing the enterprise ERP strategy, road map, and total cost of ownership.

I manage a team of 8 ERP developers and analysts, QA testers, EDI analysts, and environment operations engineers for Otter's Infor/M3 ERP system. Our ERP implementation includes Planning, Forecasting, Ordering, Fulfillment, Shipping, Invoicing, AR/AP, Inventory, Supply Chain, Product Configuration and EDI, among other functions. Our implementation spans North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, and runs 24/7 in multiple currencies and multiple fulfillment centers.
