Communications Manager
Current• Oversight of all Internal and External Corporate Communications to optimize recruitment and outreach processes. • Lead change and communication efforts for new HR technology tools, including Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, Selligence, and multiple Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms. • Create digital marketing collateral for business development, including brochures and formal service proposals.• Assist with HR documentation and contractor onboarding, such as i9 verifications, employment agreements, offer letter curation, background and drug screen processing, and ADP account set up. • Maintain and design company website, brand identity, and visual concepts for print and digital materials. • Proofread and advise on Executive Leadership messaging to internal audience. • Edit, design, and proofread the monthly Hot Job Newsletter. Provide technical writing support as needed. • Write and distribute TBG press release announcements to employees. Coordinate candidate testing services.• Oversight of Client and Candidate Appreciation Programs and Corporate Citizen Programs.• Oversight of event planning, budgeting, and execution of annual Consultant Convention for over 45+ employees. • Vendor management of job boards and tech resources such as ZoomInfo, Bullhorn, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter to drive applications and increase candidate engagement. Train recruiters and increase team engagement. • Vet, identify, analyze, and communicate vendor performance and ROI with operations management. • Grew Mailchimp email subscriber list from 18,000 to 90,000+, drawing in a wider audience to increase and scale applications on our online job portal. • Revamp and develop brand of Bolton Group’s online presence. Organically grew LinkedIn follower count from 11,000 to 35,675 within the first year (currently at 81,000+). • Manage Client and Candidate feedback surveys, e-blasts and monthly newsletter content.
