Wateen Telecom is Pakistan's first and largest WiMAX operator.Managed a team of five managers, 12 assistant managers, 45 entry-level staff, and field engineers to augment operational standards and best practices to improve the consumer service experience.Along with the team, championed a 13% increase in productivity and customer experience by merging field.

-Awarded project manager of the year by completing PATs of PDH and SDH expansion links of Warid Phase 6.1.-Nurtured a 5,500 MW links sale by migrating transmission systems from TDM to IP-based radios.

-Launched the first WiMAX commercial network in the world and integrated first-ever IP radios for transmission backhaul, performing end-to-end planning and optimizing operations.-Successfully executed the “We Connect” campaign, resulting in a 100% increase in customer base by connecting new patrons within 24 hours of subscription.

- Designed the NEC MW NMS connectivity plan and connected over 12,000 MW nodes to the network. - Swapped 102 sites of Motorola BTS equipment to Alcatel BTS equipment.
