Captured a 120% increase in system traffic and fostered 98.5% of network availability, while managing a team of 86 (12 direct reports), I am responsible for driving USD millions in operational, cost savings, and revenue.Leading a unit of operational and technical experts in spearheading the deployment of the first 700-site LTE network and 200+ PtMP sites, 100 GPON nodes, 600+ LTE networks, and 400+ WIFI hotspots, while managing a fast-growing GPON and 4G LTE broadband service provider.KEY Deliverables:- Migrated the Swift data center to Amazon AWS cloud.- Assembled an in-house system optimization unit and KPI monitoring tool and enabled optimization engineers to improve customer experiences.- Identified and assessed risk factors and utilized available risk measurement tools throughout the GPON project life cycle to devise mitigation strategies.REVENUE Generation and Earnings Upticks:- Completed a 300+ WiMAX site SWAP to LTE and fashioned a PtMP WIFI network for enterprise clients.- Upgraded the LTE network to LTE advanced and deployed WIFI Project for Google Station with 50,000+ sessions daily and over 120 hotspots in Lagos.- Migrated 12% of hospitals and 6% of hotels to public WIFI networks and established new strategies to save diesel by installing a hybrid solar power solution and Li-on batteries. - Optimized the LTE network for maximum coverage and capacity to achieve an unprecedented 120TB/day of internet traffic providing Swift Network Ltd. customers with first-class services.

Wateen Telecom is Pakistan's first and largest WiMAX operator.Managed a team of five managers, 12 assistant managers, 45 entry-level staff, and field engineers to augment operational standards and best practices to improve the consumer service experience.Along with the team, championed a 13% increase in productivity and customer experience by merging field engineering staff into customer service. Oversaw award-winning WiMAX level-two operations for 1,000+ sites, installed and upgraded the carrier-grade element management system, and oversaw end-to-end WiMAX QOS implementation. Architected a customized AAA and 100% customer migration from a free radius, improving billing performance and control over packages.KEY deliverables:- Enabled over thousands of dollars in cost savings.- Trained 108 field engineers to govern operations and maintenance in-house, building a network system to achieve ‘availability’ KPIs.- Reduced costs by 28% and improved network availability to 99.8% by operating an in-house equipment testing and repair lab.- Landed an 11% cost improvement by introducing solar as an alternative power source.REVENUE Generation and Earnings Upticks:- Generated thousands of USD in revenue upticks by upgrading networks from WMX 2.0 to WMX2.5 and WMX 3.1 load.

-Awarded project manager of the year by completing PATs of PDH and SDH expansion links of Warid Phase 6.1.-Nurtured a 5,500 MW links sale by migrating transmission systems from TDM to IP-based radios.

-Launched the first WiMAX commercial network in the world and integrated first-ever IP radios for transmission backhaul, performing end-to-end planning and optimizing operations.-Successfully executed the “We Connect” campaign, resulting in a 100% increase in customer base by connecting new patrons within 24 hours of subscription.

- Designed the NEC MW NMS connectivity plan and connected over 12,000 MW nodes to the network. - Swapped 102 sites of Motorola BTS equipment to Alcatel BTS equipment.
