I am a Doctoral Candidate of Business Administration - DBA(c) at CENTRUMPUCP Business School. I have a Master of Science in Human Resources - MSHR at Loyola University Chicago – Quinlan School of Business. I have an MBA at CENTRUMPUCP Business School, which provided me excellent skills for my work as a manager, and helped me to develop my own style of leadership based on methodological principles, on practical experience and on my creative problem-solving. My personal objective as a manager is to help people and integrate my acquired knowledge in philosophy and theology with my business studies in order to generate new opportunities and evaluate paradigms for business modernity within a context of productivity, ethical and social commitment. I am passionate about my work as a teacher because I am able to challenge my students to develop solutions in professional situations while exploring the corresponding ethical dimensions. In the process, they are developing a critical sense of their own perceptions of value and are learning to analyze business situations thoughtfully to determine the individual and social implications.
