For my graduation in "Business IT and Management" I combined it with a second Minor "Software Engineer" besides "Strategy and Consultancy".I came to the idea to start the project Cross Mobile Game to bypass the mobile borders but also how to fit it into a business case with profits.Cross Mobile Gaming is a (game)method which makes it possible for mobile gamers to play games with each-other worldwide with the usage of the 3G(S) network.Necessary usage of a WiFi or Bluetooth connection is not required this way nor the brand of mobile device the gamers own to game with each-other.During this project I was involved with the following tasks:- Wrote the PiD.- Wrote the Business Case- Project leader and forming the project team.- Designing the data exchange method.- Designing the mobile game.- Programming mobile menus.- Reposition game characters.- Beta testing the game and exchange method.After the project has finished the exchange method made it possible to let iPhone (iOS) gamers compete against Android gamers (or other iOS gamers).

A new datacenter established in Rotterdam which could use improvement of the company business processes. Quite a challenging new business environment where I analyzed the current working methods and advice improvements within the project time of 6 months.After evaluating the company business working method(s) and process flow(s) by joining operational to see where improvements could be made, notes were made to write my final improvement report. After finishing the advisory report for improvements for current business and service processes, the report was hand over to the management.

A website with a special application developped for individual computer users with computer problems.For a small fee, the visitors could make a tranfer with our appliction the was connected with dutch banks.After the payment, the could acccess our application that would repair in 95% of the cases their (software) computer problems.This way, they didn't have to bring their computer to a computer repair shop and have to wait a few days and pay more then they really should.
