As one of eight trainers in the Center for Technical Assistance and Training (CTAT), the training department of RMHS, my responsibilities include:Training new RMHS employees on a variety of subjects including new-hire orientation.Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new content for face-to-face and online training including interactive audio and video.Designing, and facilitating online training on CTAToline.org using the Moodle LMS for the following audiences: human services organizations, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies.Coordinating marketing communications projects including public relations, special events management, and advertising to create brand awareness.Organizing and preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing resource materials.Acting as a resource for the training team by conducting live scheduled training and webinar sessions.Serving as liaison between the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselors to assist with continuing education requirements for certification.
